Per questo appuntamento ad infiammare l’Anandamide sound system avremo ai controlli uno dei più iconici produttori del panorama italiano accompagnato da un trombettista di livello internazionale….

Mighty Prophet, producer, mixing engineer, studio owner, selector and DJ. Started his career as producer in 2006, producing tunes and dubplates for Ghettocity Sound System’s label Ghettocity Productions . In 2009 he sets his own label called Higher Regions Recordsproducing tunes and dubs at MW Studio. During his career he has played in France, United Kingdom, Greece, Poland, Italy and festival likeRototom with Artists and Sound Systems like Murray Man, Idren Natural, Ramon Judah, Madu Messenger, Chazbo, King Alpha, Fikir Amlak, Equal Brothers Sound System, Red Lion Sound Systems etc. His Dubplates and Releases have been constantly played by lots of big Sound Systems worldwide like Jah Shaka, Channel One, Iration Steppas, King Earthquake, King Shiloh etc. etc. He’s also the founder of Roots Traders and Digital Traders Records based in London UK.

Luigi Miacola aka The Navigator, inizia gli studi in musica all’età di 6 anni, dove inizia ad innamorarsi della Black music e della Reggae music.
A 14 anni forma la sua prima band i “Riskatto” e a 17 anni completa i suoi studi in musica presso il conservatorio “T. Schipa” di Lecce.
Inizia a collaborare e a far parte di diversi gruppi salentini come “Skalento” dove incontrerà Rocky G.Vox, con il quale continuerà a collaborare e a stringere un legame fraterno, tanto da formare più avanti il gruppo “The Dangeroots”.
Nella sua carriera ha collaborato con vari gruppi musicali e vari artisti del territorio ma anche di livello nazionale e internazionale come: Treble Lu professore, Après la classe, Kalinka, Skalento, Rocky G.Vox, Punti di Svista, Blessliners, Earth Resistence sound, Riskatto, Cesare dell’Anna, Moa Anbessa, Mighty Prophet, Mexican Stepper, Alborosie, con il quale ha partecipato in qualità di trombettista al suo tour europeo 2022.
Ha cavalcato molti palchi importanti come L’1 Maggio di Taranto, il Rototom Sunsplash, Bergamo Sunfest, Overjam, NoLogofestival, Battiti Live, BoomTown Festival, International DuB Gatherin.
Nel 2010 inizia ad approcciarsi al mondo della produzione della musica dub tanto da pubblicare poi, vari suoi lavori sia su soundcloud che su vinile per varie etichette discografiche come Higher Region Record.
Collabora e suona in varie formazioni dub e in vari sound system come Moa Anbessa, Mighty Prophet, Mexican Stepper e Mind&Nature sound System. Ha suonato con vari sound e artisti in varie session europee , tra cui: King Shilon al Bergamo Sunfest, Roots Sensation Sound System a Londra, Idren Natural al Dub Station di Milano.
Vanta un attivo di 110 concerti l’anno tra Italia ed Europa.
