Grazie alle sua costante presenza sui palchi nazionali con la band ligure Eazy Skankers, con cui è attivo da dieci anni, e alle numerose collaborazioni con importanti artisti come Bunna degli Africa Unite nel progetto acustico ‘Double Trouble’, Raphael si è conquistato un posto di rispetto nella scena musicale italiana.

 

Con questo mini-album composto da otto brani tra singoli e inediti, il giovane cantante italo-nigeriano si presenta ad un pubbilco europeo ed internazionale mostrando tutto il suo talento e carisma. ‘So High’, ‘Number One‘ e ‘In Love With The Ras‘ sono i primi brani registrati con Bizzarri Records, usciti nelle compilation di riddim tra il 2010 e il 2011; abbiamo avuto l’occasione di ascoltare anche ‘World a Crumble‘ e più recentemebte ‘Hard Life‘ grazie agli street-video usciti in rete.

 

Tra i singoli inediti ci sono due collaborazioni, in ‘Golden Bars‘ con i romani Acoustic Impact che hanno realizzato la base e in ‘A Weh Di Love‘ con l’artista inglese, Blackout JA ; ma la chicca di questo Ep è ‘Here I Come‘, un singolo che sicuramente sentiremo molto spesso nelle radio e nei club, liberamente ispirato dalla hit di Dennis Brown.
