Il nuovo disco è uno strumentale heavy weight stepper per Soundsystem guidato dalla tromba di The Navigator, mixato e masterizato da Mighty Prophet.

Sul lato A del vinile troviamo la title track The Gift Of Jah e sul lato B The Dub Of Jah, che come ci fa intuire il titolo è una dub version.

BIOGRAFIA

Luigi Miacola conosciuto come The Navigator / Trumpet, trombettista e produttore. Inizia a studiare musica al’età di 6 anni e nel 2010 fa parte delle realtà Skalento (reggae band) e Dub Creation, nel 2012, collabora con BlackStarLiner Sound System. Durante la sua carriera ha suonato con Treble (fondatore ed ex membro dei Sud Sound System) con la sua band Rocky & The Dangeroots e Apres La Classe nel 2019. Dal 2016 ha registrato per Earth Resistance Record su Dub Tree come MC sulle tracce MC Baro e Sistah Awa. Nel 2016 unisce le forze con Mighty Prophet dell’etichetta Higher Regions Records suonando la tromba su una rielaborazione del classico brano UK Roots “further” di Idren Natural e la collaborazione continua da allora. The Navigator ha suonato in Francia e in Italia e in festival come Dub Gathering, So Good Festival insieme al produttore messicano Mexican Stepper durante il suo tour europeo. Nel 2019 ha registrato e viene pubblicato “Dem No Easy” per Emperorfari Records. Ha collaborato e suonato con Roots Sensation Sound System a Londra, Earth Resistance Sound System, Kaifa Dub, Thunder of Jah Army Sound System, No Finger Nails, Radio Fontani Sound System and Record, Mind & Nature Sound System, Dub Stone Sound System, Blood Pressure Sound System, Echotronix Sound System, Francavilla Posse Sound System, Dj War e ha suonato anche al Bababoom Festival.
